2. If and when posting anything into the blog, never give any hint towards your real name and stick to a pseudonym to retain any sense of identity within TNS community.
3. Remember this is a website to encourage and spark the right of way within any fellow coloreds, zero tolerance policy on negativity or attacking others.
4. Comments are monitored regularly, so please be cautious in what you post here or anywhere online.
5. Don't leave a trace, mask this domain by any means possible, this is a tight and selective community, if any notion of exposing The North Star is sensed, our staff will not hesitate to remove or block you from this site.
6. Keep your identity hidden in this website, however when contacting us, make sure to provide your name, family, and any former as well as current masters you may have had in the past or have now. We have our own system of background checks and do not discriminate the discriminated, this is only to ensure your own identity and keep any unwanted folk out.
About
The North Star is essentially a blogging platform made to act as a safe place for colored people to escape the grim realities of slavery. This site was constructed by an elite group of admins that have escaped slavery and are more than willing to help other fellow negros out on their break out and into their freedom. The North Star is the first safehouse on the route to freedom. The Underground Railroad is a series of networks that have connections between different routes and houses; this website works as one of those havens along the way. We as staff understand that not every slave can be emancipated into freedom, however we will vow to work our absolute best in order to act as a community for other slaves put into oppression by society.
